A pauper's continental breakfast today - cream cheese bagel, orange juice and a choc muffin. We're deffo not on the ship any more! Today was an excursion to various bits of Miami - Downtown, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Little Havana and Coral Gables (you have to be obscenely rich to live there!) The coach itself only had about 12 of us on there, half of which were German, so it was a good job we had a bilingual guide! I felt like I could speak German by the end of the tour! Miami Vice finally reared its ugly head - we stopped outside Phillip Michael Thomas' house. No sign of him though! We were told of one of the early explorers to Miami who went there to find the fountain of youth and convert the Indians to Christianity. Nice to know he had achieveable goals!! More in a minute - let me post this before I lose the connection! x
